Youth wrestlers regularly attend our regularly scheduled kids wrestling practices. You can check the gym schedule for the most updated practice times. Our instructors cover a broad range of basic wrestling techniques for youth wrestling. We coach our youth wrestlers to have a sound base in the sport to prepare kids for competitive wrestling. Paradigm wrestling staff are knowledgable and helpful; we can advise on the best local Houston area freestyle wrestling tourneys to attend, the best kind of wrestling shoes and headgear and singlet to buy, and help with USA Wrestling Memberships.
Our youth wrestlers have come from both those families with wrestling backgrounds and those who do not. Our youth members range from no previous experience to seasoned wrestlers. We have had success across the board with all skill and age levels, and we are committed to growing the sport.
